They have to start somewhere. WWE presents a variety of shows every week, some of which have been on the air for years, if not decades. It means a lot for a wrestler to become a featured star on one of these shows, but at some point all of those shows had to establish themselves. That comes with an impressive start, and now we have a better idea of how that might go.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: CM Punk Set For World Heavyweight Title Shot (But The Fans Might Not Be Pleased)

WWE has announced that it will be debuting its new Evolve series on March 5, with the series airing on the Tubi streaming service. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has already taped seven episodes of the series, all at the Performance Center, Fans were only allowed to attend a limited amount of shows as WWE was attempting to lower the number of spoilers. There is no word on who will be appearing on the show.

Opinion: This is something that you do not get to see very often and I’m curious about how it goes. Evolve is a promotion that worked well enough back in its day, but having it as what seems to be more of a developmental show under the WWE banner could be a rather fresh take on the idea. It’s certainly something WWE could use and maybe it works out well for them in the long run.
