Welcome back. There are a lot of wrestlers on the WWE roster today and that can cause some problems. One such problem can be a wrestler getting lost in the shuffle, which can certainly be the case when someone is forced out of action with an injury. If someone is gone for a significant amount of time, it can be easy to forget about them. A big return can fix that in a hurry and that was the case this week.

Back in May, Elias was put out of action during a segment involving an allegedly intoxicated Jeff Hardy hitting him with a car. In reality Elias had suffered a torn pectoral muscle and required surgery, putting him on the shelf for several months. Elias was starting to get somewhere when he was injured, and the question was what he would do when he got back. Now we know what he is doing next.

It was quite the surprise return. Check out how Elias came back:

This week on Monday Night Raw, Elias returned, interfering in a triple threat match between Hardy, AJ Styles and Seth Rollins by hitting Hardy in the back with a guitar. The attack allowed Styles to pin Hardy for the win. Later in the night, Elias said that he did this in retaliation for Hardy taking him out of action earlier in the year. Elias also revealed that his new album will be coming out on October 26. He would be officially drafted to Monday Night Raw during the show.

Opinion: I’m glad to have Elias back, as he was someone you could almost guarantee would give you a solid performance. The singing and guitar stuff is something with a very long shelf life and Elias has figured out how to do his thing as well as anyone else could. It’s a nice surprise and he hit the heck out of Hardy with that guitar, which should set up something nice down the line.

What should Elias do next? How did you like his return? Let us know in the comments below.
