She’s still welcome. We are at the start of the new year and that means things are going to be changing throughout the wrestling world. This includes wrestlers’ contracts expiring, meaning that they are going to be headed to different places. WWE will certainly be attempting to pick up some stars off the free agent market and now one of them seems to be all but a done deal.

Earlier this week, reports began to circulate that Trinity, formerly known as Naomi, was on the way back to WWE when her current contract with Impact Wrestling ended. According to, WWE sources have confirmed that Trinity is expected to return to the company. Her contract is expected to wrap up with Impact’s television tapings in Orlando, Florida on January 19 and 20. It is not clear when Trinity would be allowed to return to WWE television after she leaves Impact Wrestling.

Opinion: At this point, it seems rather likely that Trinity returning to WWE is set in stone and it would be great to see her back there. She is a rather talented star and could be added into the title picture almost immediately if need be. Hopefully all of the past issues are behind her as what happened before was quite the mess. It would be great to have her back, as she is a veteran who would be a fresh addition to the modern division.
