Getting the little things right might not add up. The recent weeks of “Impact Wrestling” have been better than the last few months, especially in the areas of getting the buildup to their bigger matches right. While the quality has been there, the question is how well the audience is drawing as a result.

According to 411mania.com, this week’s episode of “Impact Wrestling” earned a .06 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 262,000 viewers. These numbers are down 14% and 13% respectively from last week’s .07 rating and 300,000 viewers. This week’s episode was headlined by Johnny Impact vs. Ethan Carter III in a match with Impact’s #1 contendership on the line.

Opinion: I’m hoping things pick up a bit for “Impact Wrestling” as the shows have been getting a good bit better as of late. While the shows haven’t been great, they’ve been making logical moves and storyline developments, which is all you can ask for with the various situations the promotion is going through.
