We’ve been here before and that’s not a bad thing. It’s an interesting time of year I wrestling as the weather is heating up around the country and that normally means a lot of wrestling fans are going to be out more. That presents a problem for wrestling companies though as they might not be able to draw the same audiences that they had earlier in the year. That wasn’t a problem this week for a certain wrestling company though.

411mania.com is reporting that this week’s episode of “Impact Wrestling” tied the year’s high in the 18-49 demographic and saw their best audience since March 16. The show drew a .1 rating and 342,000 viewers, which are up 25% and 5% over last week’s numbers. This week’s episode featured a main event of Alberto El Patron/James Storm vs. Lashley/Ethan Carter III and was up against stiff competition in the NBA Draft.

Opinion: That’s a good sign for the show, but it still needs to break out of the area they’re in. The audience isn’t much higher than last week but it could go much higher. There are a lot of problems on “Impact Wrestling” and those need to be addressed. However, there’s still a lot of good things going on, which gives them something to grow on.
