The rapid fire version. We are six days away from Elimination Chamber but you wouldn’t know that on Monday Night Raw. Coming into this week, only one of the five matches announced for the show was exclusively from Monday Night Raw, which is rather low considering there was only one show left. Now though, WWE has upped their total in a quick fashion.

As announced on WWE.com, two more Monday Night Raw matches have been added to the show. Today, both Finn Balor vs. Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush in a handicap match for the Intercontinental Title and Braun Strowman vs. Baron Corbin have been added to the card. Balor has been chasing the title for a few weeks now and beat Rush on last week’s show. Corbin and Strowman have had issues dating back several months now and have met on pay per view before.

Balor can beat one so why not both? Check out his match with Rush from last week:

Finn Bálor vs. Lio Rush: Raw, Feb. 4, 2019

Here’s a double sized version of what Corbin has coming for him. Check out last week’s tag match that helped set this up:

Braun Strowman & Kurt Angle vs. Baron Corbin & Drew McIntyre: Raw, Feb. 4, 2019

Opinion: These are the kind of matches you have to put in to help fill out a show. With the Chamber itself eating up eighteen names over its two matches, some of the filler matches are a bit limited. Balor is gearing up for the one on one showdown with Lashley for the title and this is a good way to keep the chase going. Corbin vs. Strowman has been done well before and if they keep it tight, things should be fine.
