…remember her? There are so many wrestlers on the WWE roster that it can be difficult to keep track of them all. Occasionally there will be someone who pops up, leaving fans surprised that they are actually still around. Usually this comes with a surprise return, but in this case it comes with one of the more surprising departures that you will be seeing in WWE in a long time.

Former WWE star Alicia Fox retired from full time competition in 2019, but has returned for various one off matches since then. This week, Fox changed her Instagram bio to reveal that she was employed by WWE until this year. She also included “#employable”, showcasing her upcoming appearance at the Baltimore Celebfest. There is no word on what kind of contract Fox was under with WWE or what she had been doing. Fox’s contract expiring ends her run with the company after over sixteen years.

Fox had quite the WWE career. Check out some of her time in the company:
Opinion: This is a weird one as I’m not sure how many people had any idea that Fox had been part of WWE for the last several years. Maybe she was doing some backstage work but she had not been a regular on television in years. It’s something you do not see very often, but Fox is someone who was more talented than she is given credit for. I’m glad to see her name pop up, and maybe she will be back in the ring one day.
What do you think of Fox’s career? Will she wrestle again? Let us know in the comments below.
