Welcome back. The NXT Title has gone from absolutely nothing just a few years ago to one of the most important titles in the WWE hierarchy. That is quite the jump for any championship but now the NXT Title is a near guaranteed trip to the top of the NXT roster, meaning the main roster should not be far behind. However, one former champion had to start over and now things are starting to come together again.
Things have not been going so well for the NXT Title as of late as the thing seems to be a bit cursed. Keith Lee won the title in July but had to drop it down to Kller Kross due to being called up to the main roster. Kross won the title, but injured his shoulder in the process. That meant the title was vacated with Finn Balor becoming the new champion, only to break his jaw in an early title defense. Balor is back now, and he might have another former champion to face.
A Kross vignette aired on Sunday night during NXT Takeover: WarGames, suggesting that Kross was ready to return to television in the near future. The video featured a clock nearing midnight, which has been a symbol of Kross since his debut. A voice in the video also said “tick tock”, which WWE used in a tweet, showing some images from the video. Kross responded to the tweet, saying “think about the future”. There is no word on when Kross will be back on NXT TV.

Kross was dominant for the short time he was around. Check out what he was doing:
Opinion: That’s quite the exciting time for NXT as Kross came across like a star the second he debuted on the show. Kross is a monster and someone who can make an impact as soon as he gets in the ring. Hopefully he can be back in the ring in a hurry because he can do all kinds of things for NXT. They are in need of star power and that is what Kross offers at a high level.
What are you expecting from Kross? What should he do when he is healthy again? Let us know in the comments below.
