We’re not done yet. There is a lot of WWE content every single week and that has been the case for a long time now. Between Monday Night Raw, SmackDown and NXT, WWE has seven hours of television a week. That can create a few issues, such as a pretty high rate of over saturation, but sometimes WWE has even more to do. That was certainly the case this week.
This week’s Monday Night Raw ended with Big E. successfully defending the WWE Title against Austin Theory before beating up Seth Rollins. According to PWInsider.com, after the show went off the air, a group of villains came out to attack Big E., causing Drew McIntyre to run out with a group of wrestlers for the save. This set up a fourteen man tag with Big E. and McIntyre’s team winning to end the night. Following the match, Randy Orton wished his daughter a happy birthday.
It was a busy night. Check out what some of these people were doing while the show was still on the air:
Opinion: This is one of the better ways to close out a night, as there is something fun about having such a big match that can be a little more entertaining than what you usually see as a post show event. It sounds like a good way to end the night, and that’s how you want fans to leave. It’s not likely that we are going to see it on television, but at least the live fans got to see something cool.
