Welcome back. There have been so many people throughout WWE’s history that it is hard to keep track of most of them. At some point, some people are going to go away for a very long time, though there are rare occasions when they make a special comeback. While things are not finalized just yet, there is a chance that one of the most prominent names in WWE history could officially return.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: WRESTLING RUMORS: WWE Planning To Move Performance Center

WWE Hall Of Famer Jesse Ventura was interviewed by Chris Van Vliet and revealed that he was all but set to sign a legends deal with WWE to officially return to the company. Ventura said that the two sides had agreed to terms and the two sides only need to officially sign the contract. Ventura cited Vince McMahon being gone from WWE has part of the reason he was willing to come back. This comes after Ventura made an appearance at a Monday Night Raw earlier this year.

Ventura is a legend for a reason. Check out what he has done in WWE over the years:

Opinion: As someone who grew up listening to Ventura on commentary, this is such a great moment to see. He is someone who helped define a very important part of the company’s history and there is a reason WWE wants him back. This is not likely going to be anything even part time for Ventura, but having him back for a quick cameo and maybe some merchandise is certainly a cool thing to see.

What do you think of Ventura likely returning to WWE? Who should he do if he returns? Let us know in the comments below.
