This week’s Impact Wrestling featured Chris Sabin defending the X-Division Title against Trey Miguel. Late in the match, Miguel’s former Rascalz’s partner Zachary Wentz interfered and attacked Sabin for the disqualification. Later in the show, Miguel and Wentz officially reunited. Wentz was released from WWE in April 2022 following allegations of domestic violence as well as the surfacing of a photo showing Wentz doing a Nazi salute while wearing a mustache similar to Adolf Hitler. Wentz has wrestled on the independent circuit since.

Opinion: This is one of those moves that is going to have some people talking and it might not be in the best way. At the end of the day, Wentz is someone who is incredibly talented in the ring but has some very notable issues in his past. That is the kind of thing that can do some major damage to his career but now he is getting another chance on a fairly high level. It should be interesting, but this could get a bit iffy fast.
