Almost there? Injuries can be a terrible thing for any wrestler as they can stop all kinds of plans out of nowhere. At the same time, there is something great about a wrestler returning from injury, as they can do all kinds of things when they return. That seems to be a possibility again soon, as a WWE star seems to be almost ready to return after a very long hiatus.

According to PWInsider.com, Tommaso Ciampa was backstage at this week’s Monday Night Raw and is expected to return to the ring soon. Ciampa, 38, has been out of action since September following hip surgery. This comes as Ciampa’s former partner Johnny Gargano has been teasing the return of an old friend. There is no word on when exactly Ciampa will be returning to the ring.

Opinion: That is great to hear as Ciampa has been sorely missed during his absence. He is one of the more talented stars in WWE and I could absolutely go with having him back. Ciampa can do some great things in the ring, but there is only so much that can be done with him when he is constantly on the injured list. Hopefully he can stick around this time, as he might not have a ton of chances left.
