He’s In? WWE Reportedly Planning “Mega Push” For LA Knight, Multiple Reasons Why

There’s something to him. Every so often, a wrestler comes on who just has “it”. There is something about them that makes them stand out and you know it when you see it. These are the kinds of stars that a promotion likes to push to the moon as fast as they can, but they do not come along very often. WWE might have another of them right now and now they are getting things ready for him.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE is currently setting up for a “mega push” for LA Knight. This comes as Knight’s merchandise sales and the ratings for his television segments are said to be “very strong”. It is not clear how far the push would go or how far he could be pushed by WWE. Knight has been feuding with Miz in recent weeks, defeating him at Payback.

Opinion: I don’t think Knight’s current popularity needs to be explained as the fans just lose their minds every time he comes out to do anything. Knight is someone who has quite a few tools but the fans being behind him is what matters most. It wouldn’t make sense to leave Knight on the sidelines when he has managed to become this popular this fast. Now just pick an idea and make it work.
