He’s Worthy: Impact Wrestling Star Wants To Be Inducted Into WWE Hall Of Fame Next Year In Philadelphia

He has a goal. There are all kinds of titles and championships and accomplishments that are available in wrestling but there are only so many which are available for wrestlers looking back at their careers. One of the biggest honors for WWE stars is an induction into the WWE Hall Of Fame, and now a former star is making it his goal to be part of the Hall’s next class.

During an interview with PWMania.com, Tommy Dreamer said that he hopes to go into the WWE Hall Of Fame next year as part of the class of 2024. The 2024 induction is scheduled to take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where Dreamer became a star in the original ECW. Dreamer did say that he would not be devastated if it does not happen but it does mean a lot to be inducted. Dreamer currently works for Impact Wrestling.

Opinion: This is something that would make sense if it happens but it might take some wrangling for it to happen. ECW is synonymous with Philadelphia and there might not be anyone more associated with ECW than Dreamer (save for Paul Heyman of course). This would be an interesting move and Dreamer’s speech would be worth hearing, but it is far from a guarantee.
