He’s in? There are all kinds of talented stars in the wrestling world today and it can be a big deal when one of the more prominent stars heads somewhere else. This can happen in all kinds of promotions, but it makes a bigger impact when it happens in the most prominent companies. That is what we saw last week and now the next step has taken place to make it official.

Last week’s edition of AEW Dynamite ended with Bobby Lashley making his debut with the company and joining forces with Shelton Benjamin and MVP. This week, AEW President Tony Khan announced that Lashley is officially All Elite and has been signed to the promotion. This marks the first time that AEW has officially commented on Lashley’s status. Lashley and company are set to open this week’s Dynamite.

Opinion: I’m not sure how much of a surprise this one is but it’s nice to have things made official. Lashley could be quite the huge addition to the AEW roster and it’s nice to have him around, signed and sealed. That is more than enough to keep things interesting and now we get to see where Lashley and AEW go from here. There are some doors opened now and I’m curious to see where they go.
