He's In: Backstage News On Change To Money In The Bank Ladder Match Plans

That was the plan. We are just over a week away from the 2023 Money In The Bank event. As usual, the show will be centered around the show’s namesake matches and the people who win the briefcases could be in for some incredible boosts. That makes a spot in the match that much of a premium and it can mean a lot when someone is added that was the case this week, and now we know some more about it.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Logan Paul was added to the men’s Money In The Bank lineup. According to PWInsider Elite by way of Wrestlingnews.co, this has been the plan for weeks and not a last minute creative change. There is currently no word on a definitive winner for the match, but there have been people pushing for LA Knight to begin a major push during the match, even possibly by winning.

Opinion: This is a good sign, if nothing else to the fact that there have been plans in place for that long. Paul being added to the match makes it more exciting as there is always the chance that he could take the briefcase and even win the title down the line. Other than that though, it still feels like Knight’s to win, and it would be hard to come up with a good reason why he shouldn’t.
