The boss is back. We are in the middle of a huge transitional period in WWE, as not only has the company officially been sold to Endeavor, but Vince McMahon has been in and out of power in the last year. McMahon is officially still in charge, but it is rare to have him appear at a WWE event. That was not the case this week and now we have some details about what was going on.

According to PWInsider.com, McMahon was backstage at this week’s Monday Night Raw, along with a variety of WWE executives. McMahon and the executives were present due to how close the show, which was held in Hartford, Connecticut, to WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. According to Fightful Select, McMahon was in the Gorilla Position throughout the night but there is nothing to suggest that anything out of the ordinary took place. There is no reason to believe that McMahon will be around for any upcoming shows.
McMahon being at Monday Night Raw is a big deal. Check out what he has done on the show before:
Opinion: I’m not sure what to make of this, as McMahon was present for the show but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference. If there were no major changes to the show, then it doesn’t seem that McMahon made a huge difference with anything going on. Thankfully McMahon was not there to wreck everything again, as he certainly has a reputation for doing.
