Halfway there. We are less than three weeks away from WrestleMania 37 and that means the card is mostly set up. With so little time left before WrestleMania, it becomes less and less likely that anything will be changed before the show. A good portion of the match has already been set up but one of the matches is not exactly what had been accepted over the last few months.
Rapper Bad Bunny made his WWE debut back at the Royal Rumble and instantly became one of the more important parts of Monday Night Raw. Bunny is a huge wrestling fan and has seemed interested in doing whatever he can in wrestling. This includes winning the 24/7 Title and seems to be leading to a WrestleMania match in the near future. It just might not go as expected.
Bunny is currently scheduled to face the Miz at WrestleMania in a singles match. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the long speculated tag team match between Bunny/Damian Priest vs. Miz/John Morrison will not be taking place due to Morrison suffering a knee injury. Morrison has not wrestled since the night after Elimination Chamber, when he banged up his knee during a match.
The match has been set up. Check out how we got here:
Opinion: This is the kind of thing that makes sense and hopefully they find a way to get Priest into the match as well. I know he might not be nearly as big of a star as Bunny but he is the kind of guy who is going to be around WWE for a lot longer into the future. At least have him at ringside or something like that, because otherwise this could be a bit of a waste of time.
