He’s on a break. WWE has been shaken up in a huge way in recent months due to several factors, with the Rock’s return being one of the biggest. Rock has not only returned as part of the TKO Board Of Directors but also a major part of the company’s top storyline. This involved him wrestling at WrestleMania XL, but he does have other things to do. Now we know something more about how things are about to change again.

This week’s Monday Night Raw featured an opening segment involving the Rock and Cody Rhodes. During the segment, Rock revealed that he would be going away “for a little while” but promised to come back to deal with Rhodes. This comes as Rock is scheduled to spend the next few months working on his latest film. There is no word on when Rock will return or when he will wrestle again.

Opinion: You had to know something like this was coming but the question now is how well WWE can keep things going without the Rock. He’ll be around again soon enough and that should make for a rather important moment.
