Could be awhile. Retirement is a tricky subject in wrestling, as there are no full seasons that wrestlers have to get through to continue their careers. Instead, Wrestlers are able to return to the ring as often as they like on a match by match basis. That allows their careers to go on for quite a long time, and now one of the biggest stars ever is discussing just how long he has left.

During an interview with the SI Media Podcast, Roman Reigns was asked ow long he felt he could continue wrestling. Reigns said that it would depend on which day he as asked, as some days he wakes up and feels sore and exhausted, but other days he feels like he can keep going. Reigns also talked about continuing to improve with the stories that he is able to tell in wrestling and how much more he feels he can do. He did not give a date on when he plans to retire, saying that as long as he feels he can continue training to be physically in shape to wrestle, he will stay in the ring.
Reigns still has it. Check out some of his time in WWE:
Opinion: Reigns is one of those stars where we’re going to miss him when he is gone, as he really is one of the biggest stars in WWE history. He has gone on with one heck of a main event run for several years and it could keep going for a long time. The idea of seeing Reigns hang up his boots at some point is sad to think about, but it seems that we are at least starting to head in that direction.
