This is a bigger platform. One of the annual traditions of Wrestlemania weekend is the Hall of Fame induction ceremony. This has become one of the bigger events of the weekend as the WWE world comes together to celebrate some of the all-time greats. While the full version will be available on the WWE Network, the masses will be able to see it as well.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the USA Network will air an edited version of the Hall of Fame induction ceremony with a one hour running time. The show will air after the post “Wrestlemania XXXIII” episode of “Monday Night Raw”, which is almost always the highest rated episode of the year. This should give the Hall of Fame show a very large audience, even for the shorter version of the show.

Opinion: This might be the better idea as the Hall of Fame ceremony is a rather long night and a lot of the less hardcore fans might not care about some of the inductees. They’re much more likely to want to hear from Kurt Angle and Diamond Dallas Page, who are the more modern of the stars in this class. It’s a good idea and something that can work for people who might not care enough to get the WWE Network.
