They’re still adding. We are less than three days away from AEW Worlds End, which will mark the final pay per view event of the year. The show is the first pay per view event that AEW has run in December and the show has several matches announced on the week of the year. There is still time to add more though and this week’s Dynamite saw a few matches added to the card.

Four new matches were added to the Worlds End card this week on AEW Dynamite. First, on the show’s Zero Hour event, there will be a twenty man battle royal, with the winner getting a future shot at the TNT Title. No participants have been announced thus far. Second, a match between Miro and Andrade El Idolo has been set over Miro not liking his wife CJ Perry managing El Idolo.

Third, an eight man tag between Ricky Starks/Big Bill/the Don Callis Family vs. Sting/Darby Allin/Chris Jericho/Sammy Guervara was announced. The Family turned on Guevara, with Jericho making the save. Starks and Bill attacked the two but Sting and Allin made the save. Finally Swerve Strickland will face Keith Lee. The team split over a year ago but have yet to have their first match.

This was a big night. Check out how the matches were set up:

Opinion: That is quite the big change for the Worlds End card, which got almost half of its current card added in the span of one night. It was the kind of boost that the show needed and now we could be in for that much bigger of a show. What matters here is having the big show to close out the year and now we are that much closer to seeing something like that happen.
