That’s rarely a good sign. WWE does all kinds of events around the country and the world, some of which are some of the biggest events that any given area will see. It can be a big deal when WWE comes to town with all of the pomp and circumstance. Things do not always go as expected though and that seems to have happened again, as a show is not going to be taken place as planned.

Ticketmaster has announced that the upcoming September 11 WWE live event in Eugene, Oregon has been canceled. There was no reason given for the cancellation and no return date was given. The event has since been removed from WWE.com’s website, though the company will still be in the area on September 10 and September 12. WWE regularly runs events on Saturday and Sunday nights.

Opinion: I’m not sure what is going on here, but there is a very good chance that this is a way to let the wrestlers have a bit of a breather after they are in Cardiff, Wales the previous weekend. That is quite the trip and while canceling a show is not a good idea, it might be the decision that WWE needed to make in the current situation. If nothing else, I’m sure WWE would be able to be back in the area whenever they would like to.
