The Russo Special. One of the most heavily featured midcard feuds at the moment is Jason Jordan vs. Elias in a battle over Jordan interrupting Elias’ songs. This resulted in a few matches, during one of which Elias hit Jordan in the shoulder with his guitar, breaking it up in the process. Of course this is leading to a rematch.

As announced on WWE.com, Elias and Jordan will face off in a guitar on a pole match. The match will see a pole set up in one corner of the ring with a guitar put on top. Whoever climbs the pole and grabs the guitar can use it as a weapon on his opponent. The match is won via pinfall or submission.

Here’s how we got here.

Jason Jordan invades Elias' musical performance: Raw, Oct. 30, 2017

Opinion: I’m not wild on the gimmick but it’s one of those cases where they don’t have many other options. The guitar was a focal point of the feud and it makes sense to have it involved in the match itself. At least Jordan can get a win to continue his push, which hasn’t been the worst thing in the world so far.

Do you like they gimmick they’re using? Who do you think wins the match? Let us know in the comments below.
