It’s never too early to start planning. With everything going on this week in the wrestling world, you may have forgotten that there is a future to build towards as well. As much as this Sunday’s pay per view has been forgotten, there is another show coming up next month and that one is going to be a big deal. As of Monday night, we now have a major match set for the card.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair were guests on MizTV. During the segment, Miz announced that the two of them will be coaches for a five man team each at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on October 31. Both have already announced two members of the team, with Seth Rollins serving as captain of Team Hogan along with Rusev and Randy Orton serving as captain of Team Flair along with King Corbin. The remaining members of both teams will be announced over the coming weeks.

It was a heck of a setup. Check out MizTV with Hogan and Flair (who seemed a little nuts):

Opinion: This is as good as it’s going to get for a show like Crown Jewel, with the legends being someone who can be brought in get some interest in the show without doing much. That being said, it wouldn’t surprise me to see Hogan punch Flair at least once during the match. On top of that, it lets the show get a lot of names included, which is better than using the same singles matches over and over again.

Who else do you want on the teams? How will the match go? Let us know in the comments below.
