Know thyself. There are all kinds of tools that have to come together to make a wrestler work. IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: They Earned It: WWE Higher Ups Reportedly “Very Happy” With This Recent Match

WWE star LA Knight was a guest on Mark Andrews’ My Love Letter To Wrestling podcast and was asked what he thought about being told his in-ring abilities were not as good as his talking abilities. Knight said that his favorite wrestlers growing up, including Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin and the Rock, were best known for their talking so Knight is ok for being the same. He went on to say that while he can do various moves, he likes to sprinkle them in where he can, though he tries not to focus on being told he is only good on the microphone.

Knight is a heck of a star. Check out what he can do when he is given the chance:

Opinion: There is a logic in what Knight is saying as there are several wrestlers who can hold their own in the ring but are far better remembered for how well they can speak. It has worked for years and Knight has gotten rather popular doing exactly what he has been doing. If something is working, there is little reason to change it up until it stops working, which is what Knight seems to understand.

What do you think of Knight’s statement? What is next for him in WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
