That’s next up. Pay per views have been the focal point of wrestling promotions for over thirty years now and that is likely to be the case for a long time to come. Even before the pay per view concept was invented, regular shows built up to bigger shows where all of the interesting things happened. AEW is no different and now we know when they are going to be back on the pay per view calendar.

AEW has not been around all that long and they still do not have that many pay per views every year. In some cases, that is a very good thing as the shows they do air feel a lot more special than something you see every single month. They are just starting to build up a bit of history and lineage as well, and now we are going to be seeing the second edition of another show.

AEW has announced the details of their next pay per view. During All Out 2020, an ad aired for Full Gear 2020, which will take place on Saturday November 7 at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, Florida. This will be the second edition of Full Gear, with the first show having taken place on November 9, 2019. There are no matches announced for the show as of Saturday night.

The first show was a big one. Check out a few parts:

Opinion: This is as good of an idea as they can have at the moment as the show is more than two months away, meaning that they still have time to set things up. There is rarely a need for such rapid fire shows and AEW has seemingly figured that out. I’m not sure what to expect from Full Gear but if it is anything like AEW has done on pay per view before, everything will be fine.

What did you think of the first Full Gear? What should AEW name its shows? Let us know in the comments below.
