Free For All: 16 Former WWE Superstars Officially Free Agents, Can Sign Anywhere

They’re on the market. There are all kinds of talented wrestlers throughout the world and several of them have wrestled or WWE at one point or another. At some point those wrestlers move on though and need to find a new place to go. It can be a big deal when a former WWE Superstar is available and now there are several who could sign anywhere they like.

As of Thursday December 21, several former WWE wrestlers are officially free agents and can sign with and debut for any promotion they choose. The names include:

Ali
Aliyah
Shelton Benjamin
Rick Boogs
Dana Brooke
Dabbo-Kato
Elias
Quincy Elliot
Yulissa Leon
Mace
Mansoor
Riddick Moss
Riddle
Shanky
Top Dolla
Dolph Ziggler

These wrestlers were all released in September, with their ninety day no compete clauses officially expiring. There is no word on where any of them will sign or when they might debut.

That is a lot of talent. Check out some of them in action:

Opinion: This is something that happens every so often and it opens a lot of doors. While these stars might not be on WWE’s radar any longer, they can be a big deal elsewhere. At the same time, some of them might be able to become bigger than they were in WWE with a new push and a fresh coat of paint. It should be interesting to see what happens to them as there are several options out there for all of them.
