FOX Airing WWE Preview Special Next Month

There’s your hype. We are closing in on the fourth quarter of WWE and that means it is time to start getting through some of the biggest stories of the year. It is fascinating to see what WWE throws out there at times and some of them are a little more interesting than others. WWE seems to be having something coming up and now someone bigger is getting some extra attention.

Later this year, WWE is expected to present the King of the Ring and the Queen of the Ring tournaments. The tournaments are expected to begin in October and culminate at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on October 21. According to PWInsider.com, FOX will air a special preview of the King of the Ring over the October 1-3 weekend. The special will air in different timeslots depending on location. There is no word on how long the special will be or what will be included.

Opinion: This is one of those things that gives me some extra hope for the tournament. It would suggest that FOX is rather interested in the tournament and there is a good chance that it will be that much bigger. King of the Ring is one of those things that can work very well, as it is such a simple concept. Throwing in the Queen of the Ring makes it that much better and now we could be in for something great.
