Welcome to your new home. The biggest WWE story of the year has been all of the releases up and down the roster. Several wrestlers have been let go from the company, leaving several holes in the roster. That makes for some changes to WWE, but it also opens up a lot of changes to other promotions. One former WWE star has now found another home in a new company.

Chelsea Green made her Ring of Honor debut during this weekend’s Best In The World pay per view. Green is not ready to wrestle at the moment due to a broken arm, Green said that she was ready to debut in one month. As a result, she will not be one of the sixteen entrants in the Ring of Honor Women’s Championship tournament. Her most recent match took place on the November 13, 2020 SmackDown.

Green was one of the wrestlers WWE released from the company on April 15, 2021. She spent most of her time in the company as a part of NXT, eventually debuting on SmackDown in November. Her lone match as a part of the main roster took place on the night of her debut, which saw her suffer an arm injury which put her on the shelf. This was her second injury to the same arm and she never appeared on WWE TV again.

You need to get to know her. Check out some of Green’s time in WWE:

Kayden Carter vs. Chelsea Green: WWE NXT, Feb. 19, 2020

Charlotte Flair vs. Chelsea Green: Raw, Dec. 23, 2019

Fatal 4-Way Survivor Series Qualifying Match: SmackDown, Nov. 13, 2020

Opinion: This is the kind of move that I can find rather interesting as you don’t know where a lot of these people are going to wind up. They are certainly talented wrestlers with a fairly high profile after being in WWE, but it is nice to see them get a chance elsewhere. I’m not sure what Green is going to do in Ring of Honor, but at least she is getting a chance to showcase herself.

What do you expect from Green? How will she do in Ring of Honor? Let us know in the comments below.
