That’s uh, something. Wrestlers can be all over the place at times, as you do not know where things are going to go from one day to another. Sometimes those things are not quite as positive and you get some things that are just strange to see. That is what we are seeing now, and this one is going to go a bit further than almost anything you have heard in a long time.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Bye For Now: WWE Hall Of Famer Finished With Current Television Run
According to PWInsider.com, former Impact Wrestling star Rhaka Khan has filed a lawsuit against several wrestlers and non-wrestlers, claiming a conspiracy against her involving a 2019 court case against her involving interference of child custody. The lawsuits names the following (among others) as parties involved in the conspiracy:
- Michael Jordan
- Chris Benoit
- The State of Texas
- The El Paso Child Protective Services
- The FBI, The Las Cruces, New Mexico Police Department
- The New York Police Department
- Suffolk County NY
- Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson
- The Miz and Maryse
- Heath Miller (Heath Slater)
- Nikki Bella
- Mark Jindrak
- Home Depot
- Florida Championship Wrestling
- Steve Keirn
- The NWA
- Billy Corgan
- Deep South Wrestling
- Bank of America
- Jim Cornette
- Mick Foley
The suit may actually move forward as Khan has agreed to cover court costs in advance. Khan is seeking $3 billion dollars in damages. She has been dealing with the child custody charges since 2019 and has a bench warrant out for her arrest after she missed a court date in December on the issues.
There have been some interesting legal issues in wrestling history. Check out some of them:
Opinion: While it is easy to laugh at something that is pretty clearly nonsense, this is either Khan trying to do whatever she can to get out of trouble or showing that she is in need of some serious help. This sounds like the ravings of someone who has no idea what is really going on around her and that she is going to be in serious trouble sooner than later. I’m not sure how this is going to play out, but it is not likely to go well.
