It ties together. There are all kinds of storylines in wrestling and some of them bleed over into real life. You will often see a wrestling storyline that ties into a wrestler’s personal life, which can make things that much more interesting. Sometimes a wrestler will lean into a story quite well and it can be confusing where the line between fiction and reality lies. That might be happening again.

Earlier this week, a fan sent a tweet to AEW’s Miro, mentioning a rumor that he and his wife CJ Perry (formerly Lana in WWE) had separated. Miro responded, saying that Perry was still with Bobby Lashley, playing up a storyline between the three of them in WWE. Fans have responded, having some fun with Miro’s comment. Here are some of the responses to Miro’s original joke:
Didn’t you know she is with Bobby Lashley still https://t.co/nlUNwjGO32

Damn I didn’t know y’all were “saperated”. For those who don’t know what that means it’s when you’re not together in kayfabe and the storyline never ended. ?

Miro returned to AEW TV this week following an eight month absence.
It was a wacky story. Check out what Miro is talking about:
Opinion: This was worth a chuckle, as Miro had some fun at a question he is probably asked several times a day. Miro and Perry’s personal lives are none of the fans’ business but that has never stopped fans from asking about it anyway. Hopefully everyone is happy with whatever is happening, but Miro certainly seemed to enjoy responding to this particular fan in such a way.
