Which Five UK Title Tournament Participants Will Be in San Antonio?

The British (and other UK nationalities) are coming! A few weeks ago, WWE held the UK Title Tournament in Blackpool, England, which wound up being one of the most talked about stories in wrestling. It turns out that they might not be done with the tournament talent as a new report suggests that they could be making an appearance over Royal Rumble weekend.

According to a new report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by way of 411mania.com, Tyler Bate, Pete Dunne, Mark Andrews, Wolfgang and a fifth name (perhaps Trent Seven) will be in San Antonio for some kind of appearance. It’s not clear if it will be for “Royal Rumble 2017” either in a match or just making an appearance or for “Takeover: San Antonio” in some capacity.

Works for me. These guys were the talk of the wrestling world for a good while and having a few of them in the Royal Rumble is an interesting idea. I doubt they’re going to play a major factor but it would still be a cool idea to have them show up. If nothing else it makes the Rumble feel like a bigger deal and that’s always a good thing.
