WWE has announced that former Women’s Champion Bull Nakano will be inducted into the 2024 Hall Of Fame class. Nakano won the WWF Women’s Title in 1994, trading the title with Alundra Blayze. Her greatest success came in All Japan Women’s Pro Wrestling before she retired in 1997. Nakano is the second inductee in the class, joining Paul Heyman, who was announced earlier this week.
Nakano was a star. Check out what she did in WWE over the years:
Opinion: I definitely would have bet that Nakano was already inducted but either way it is nice to see a legend like her getting this kind of recognition. Nakano was one of the women who showed that there was a chance to make it work in the WWF but it never really clicked until later. She is the definition of a trailblazer and you can imagine how many people were inspired by what she did.
What do you think of the induction? Who should induct Nakano? Let us know in the comments below.
