You have to start somewhere. We are less than a month away from the 2020 Royal Rumble and that means things are going to get a lot more interesting in a hurry. With the show so close, there is a chance that we could be in for some entertaining build to some of the biggest matches of the year. This could cause some people to get put into spots they aren’t usually in or some that they usually are in, with the latter being true as of this week.

As we come closer to the Royal Rumble, one of the most important things to do is start setting up the lineups for the two Royal Rumble matches. With so many people involved between the two of them, WWE is going to need the extra time to make it work. That means getting some names ready earlier, and as luck would have it, they got one in during the month prior to the show.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Charlotte announced that she would be the first name entering the Women’s Royal Rumble. Charlotte listed her accomplishments and said that as the greatest of all time, she wanted to be the first entrant into the match this decade. After making the announcement, Charlotte issued and open challenge and went on to defeat Natalya. Charlotte is the only name to have entered either match so far.

She got violent too. Check out Charlotte vs. Natalya:

Opinion: As Charlotte said, you had to know that this was coming as the women’s division isn’t exactly deep enough to support many women being left out of the Royal Rumble. Charlotte will be one of the feature attractions of the match and that is the best use of her. She could wind up winning the whole thing, but anyone who eliminates her is going to get a rub out of it.

Who do you see winning the Royal Rumble? When will Charlotte be champion again? Let us know in the comments below.
