There is no easy way to put this. For the second time in a week, the wrestling world has lost another star. Following the passing of Terry Funk on Wednesday, Bray Wyatt passed away on Thursday at the age of 36. Wyatt was still under contract to WWE and wrestled there earlier this year. His time in the wrestling world made an impact and that was on display in a series of tributes.

Following Wyatt’s passing, the wrestling world paid tribute to him throughout social media. Wrestlers, wrestling promotions and wrestling personalities spoke about Wyatt and offered condolences, both to Wyatt and his family. This includes WWE itself as well as some of Wyatt’s former associates. Here are some of the tributes, though this is far from an exhaustive list.
My heart goes out to my good friend & tag-team partner @irsmikerotunda at the loss of his son, Windham. I can’t imagine losing one of my children. Thoughts & prayers go out to the Rotunda family. May God’s peace comfort you in this horrible time of loss.

My heart breaks for Windham and his family. You were always so nice to us, Windham. Ever since we were kids, going trick or treating together, following our dad’s footsteps. You were always relatable, kind and humble. We will always be so grateful for your presence in our lives. https://t.co/SCrCDT7xbd

The world lost a good one today. Bray Wyatt’s story telling ability along with his unique creativity in the ring was a force that kept your eyes glued to the television screen. Windham Rotunda’s fun-loving, free spirit paired with his infectious laugh is what I will truly miss… pic.twitter.com/tV3NJCeVpY

I have a hard time accepting death. Denial is strong. I am just shocked and I really can’t believe it.

Wyatt had some amazing times in WWE. Check out some of them:
Opinion: What are you supposed to say about this? Wyatt was reportedly getting ready for his comeback to WWE and here we are instead. He really did feel like one of the most creative stars in WWE history and there is nothing good about something like this. Hopefully his family can find a way through this, as I can’t imagine how bad things are going for them with this tragedy.
What was the best part of Wyatt’s career? What was his best character? Let us know in the comments below.
