Fare Them Well: Two Names Reportedly Gone From WWE

They’re done. With so many wrestlers on the WWE roster, it makes sense that some wrestlers are going to leave every so often. This might be the case for one reason or another, but the interesting question is whether or not they wanted to leave. In this case, it seemed that a pair of them did, and now it appears that they are getting exactly what they wanted.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Other Side: Former AEW Champion Reportedly Finishing Up With Company, Believed To Be WWE Bound

This week on NXT, Ava and Joe Gacy appeared in a segment, saying that they were alone now. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, this is due to the Dyad being gone from the company. Earlier this year, the Dyad reportedly requested their releases but were denied. Jagger Reid had previously said that his contract was up on October 14, which would suggest that at least he will sit out the last month of his deal without returning to television. The team last wrestled on August 29.

The team did well during their time in the company:

Opinion: This shouldn’t be the biggest surprise, as the Dyad had made it clear that they did not want to be part of the company earlier this year. The fact that they stayed around as long as they did is almost surprising, though at least they got to be presented a bit more than they had been in previous months. Whoever get them next will get a good team and that should be rather interesting.
