That’s the way the ice cream melts. There are all kinds of things that WWE has to offer in the way of merchandise. Some of these items are made by WWE but in other cases they are produced by another company with a WWE logo slapped on by way of a license. That offers quite the variety of options and as luck would have it, we are about to get something back on the shelves for the first time in far too long.

Back in 2011, CM Punk was not in the best of places with WWE, at least in storyline. He was talking about wanting to sign a new contract and had a few demands. One such demand was the return of WWE Ice Cream Bars, which had been a staple of the late 1980s. Nothing ever came of it and WWE even teased us further with the promises of New Day ice cream at WrestleMania 33 without ever delivering. Now though, things have changed again and in a good way.

Earlier this month, news broke that Good Humor was bringing back the WWE Ice Cream bars at some point in 2020. Now though, Wrestling Rumors has heard from the company itself and gotten a few more details. The first batch of bars will hit stores in April 2020, featuring an initial lineup of John Cena, Becky Lynch, Roman Reigns and Randy Savage. They will also be available in ice cream trucks. There will be more details available around WrestleMania 36 in April.

These things are famous for a reason. Check out a look back at the original line of ice cream bars:

Opinion: I could certainly go for something like this. The WWE Ice Cream Bars are one of those things that a lot of older fans hear about and they are some of the best things that were put out in their generation. I’m rather excited about picking some up and I’m sure they’ll be popular as well. It’s a mixture of two rather popular things and this return is rather long overdue.

Are you looking forward to the ice cream bars? Who do you want on them? Let us know in the comments below.
