Even Longer: Bad News On Injured AEW Star’s Return To The Ring

Wait on it. Injuries are one of the worst things that you will see in wrestling as they can leave a wrestler stopped cold no matter what they are doing. You never know when someone is going to go from just fine and on a roll to being on the injured list. That was the case again earlier this year and now we are going to be waiting even longer for someone to get back in the ring.

Earlier this year, AEW’s Bandido suffered a broken wrist in June, resulting in him needing surgery. Bandido has yet to return to the ring, though he was said to be almost ready to return. However, according to Wrestling Observer Radio, Bandido has suffered a setback and needs another surgery as the bones are not healing properly. As a result, Bandido will not be back until some time in the spring.

Opinion: That isn’t good to hear as Bandido was seemingly ready to come back to the ring before everything got worse. Bandido is a talented star and one of the silver linings to this is that Bandido is dealing with a bone injury rather than a tendon or ligament. Hopefully he can get back in the ring sooner than later, as Bandido is worth having around as he really is that good.
