I’d call it a big one. There are a lot of wrestlers in WWE but it is a hard task to get so many of them anywhere higher up on the depth chart. If there is one thing that WWE has trouble doing, it is elevating talent to the next level. They can make it work a few times but there are stretches where it just never happens. This time around though, they are trying something that might be rather interesting.

One of the bigger stories going on in recent weeks on SmackDown has been the potentially budding romance between Otis and Mandy Rose. The oddball couple has not actually gone on a date yet though, as Dolph Ziggler has interfered and potentially stolen Rose away from Otis. This has not set well for the fans, but they may be getting a chance to let out some of their frustrations.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the current plan is to have Ziggler and Otis face off at WrestleMania 36, in some form. It is not certain that the match will be a singles match, though the two will be working together in a match. During the show, Ziggler had been mentioned as a possible WrestleMania opponent for John Cena, but the idea was shot down because Ziggler and Otis were scheduled together for the show.

They have a brief history already. Check out how we got here:

Opinion: I’m not sure how this is going to go but I’m almost scared to see it take place. At the end of the day, WWE has shown an ability to push Ziggler in spots that only they seem to want him in and that may be the case again here. Would it really shock you to see Ziggler beat Otis and get to laugh at him because Otis doesn’t get to be with a woman like Rose? It’s annoying, but would it really stun you to see it happen?
