They’re on the show. We are about two weeks away from WWE Summerslam and the card is starting to come together. The first two matches were added to the show earlier this week but there are still several spots to be filled. This includes multiple title matches, but WWE took care of some of those spots this week as two more title matches have officially been confirmed.

WWE added to more matches to the Summerslam card this week. First up, WWE Women’s Champion Asuka will defend her title against both Charlotte and Bianca Belair in a triple threat match. Charlotte and Belair have both interfered in the others’ title shots in recent weeks to set up the match. Then, this week on SmackDown, a WWE Universal Title match between Roman Reigns and challenger Jey Uso was announced. The match will be a Tribal Combat match, meaning anything goes, with the Tribal Chief moniker on the line as well as the title. Summerslam takes place on August 5 in Detroit, Michigan.

It was a busy day. Check out how the matches were set and a challenger’s thoughts:

Opinion: This is the kind of day that the show needed. Since Monday, Summerslam has gone from no matches to four, which should be a large chunk of the card. We could be in for a rather strong show and these two matches being added should go a long way towards making that happen. There is a lot more work to do, but now two of the top SmackDown matches are covered.
