They need to get going. We are well on the way to AEW’s next pay per view event with Double Or Nothing. The show is taking place on May 29 but you might not know that based on watching Dynamite. There have been no matches announced for the card, though you can probably guess a few of them just by paying attention. Granted it helps when you get some news telling you what they are, which is the case now.

Wrestling Observer Radio has reported two of the major matches for Double Or Nothing. First up, Kenny Omega will defend the AEW World Title against Hangman Page. This is assuming that Omega retains against Rich Swann at Impact Wrestling’s Rebellion on April 25. Page is currently atop the AEW rankings and is Omega’s former tag team partner, having held the Tag Team Titles last year. Which leads us to the second match.

Second, the Young Bucks will defend their Tag Team Titles against Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston. Moxley and Kingston have been dealing with Omega and the Young Bucks for several weeks now after the Young Bucks joined forces with Omega, turning on Moxley in the process. To date, Moxley and Kingston have only wrestled one two on two tag match as a team together in AEW.

Moxley and Kingston mean business. Check out what they did this week:

Opinion: The World Title match isn’t much of a surprise but I wouldn’t have guessed on the Tag Team Title match, even though it makes sense. This could be a rather strong top of a Double Or Nothing card and that should not be a surprise. AEW has done a great job of building up its title matches to make them feel important and that has especially been the case on pay per view
