They’re picking up in a hurry. As insane as the world may seem at the moment, professional wrestling is still going on. That can be rather tricky given the way everything is going at the moment, but wrestling companies are doing what they can. That includes AEW, which has a major event coming up and need to build a card for the show. They did a lot of that this week.

Later this month, AEW will present Double Or Nothing on pay per view. The company does not run pay per views very often so this is a rare moment for them to shine with the lights on even more brightly than usual. AEW has done well on pay per view before so there is a good chance of that happening this time too. But what is actually going to happen on the show?

The Double Or Nothing card gained three new matches during this week on Dynamite. This week’s show featured the additions of Maxwell Jacob Friedman vs. Jungle Boy, a ladder match for a future World Title shot and a World Title match with Jon Moxley defending against Brodie Lee. There is no word on who or how many people will be included in the ladder match. The only previously announced pay per view match was Cody vs. Lance Archer for the inaugural TNT Title.

It was a big week. Check out some of the people involved in the pay per view matches:

Opinion: This is the kind of work that the company needed to do and they covered a lot on this show. The card was barely existent before this week and they set up a lot more than we had coming in. They only need a few more matches to have a complete show and the card has suddenly gone from almost nothing to about halfway done. Not bad for a two hour show.

Which match sounds best? What do you see being added to the card? Let us know in the comments below.
