And Done: Superstar Officially Gone From WWE After Heavily Hinting At Departure

So that’s it. Wrestlers come and go from WWE on a fairly regular basis but it is still a big deal when one of them goes away. It means that, at least for the time, they are officially out of everything and that can close some doors for various storylines. These moments can occasionally come as a surprise, but this time around, things seemed to be telegraphed quite a bit in advance.

Earlier this week, WWE Superstar Lacey Evans hinted that she would be leaving the company at the end of the day. According to both F4WOnline.com and Fightful, Evans is officially done with WWE. There is no word on where she will be wrestling next, if she chooses to do so whatsoever. Evans, real name Macey Estrella, joined WWE in 2016 and last wrestled in a July 7 dark match.

Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise but it’s still a bit sad to see Evans go. She always showed the potential to become a big deal but for one reason or another it just never came to pass. What matters is that she seems to be happy to leave and if that is the case, good or her. I’m curious to see if she ever wrestles again, but it might be a little while before she gets back in the ring.
