Top guy out. The Revival is one of the hottest acts on “Monday Night Raw” despite only having appeared twice so far. They’re an influx of fresh blood to the show and the tag division in general. Their debut on the main roster got one of the loudest reactions on a very loud night…..and now things are in trouble.

According to WWE.com, Dash Wilder has a broken jaw and is going to be out for quite a while. The injury seemed to take place over the weekend, which would have put it during a match with Hideo Itami and Shinsuke Nakamura. Wilder will have his jaw wired shut this coming Friday and he could be out for about eight weeks. There is no word on what would happen to Scott Dawson in the meantime but over the weekend he teamed with Bobby Roode.

Opinion: The only positive out of this is that it’s a bone and not a muscle or ligament. Eight weeks is a long time but the Revival is going to be a big deal on the main roster. Let Wilder’s jaw heal in time and then the team will be back. I’m not sure what Dawson can do on his own as he’s not exactly a singles guy but stranger things have happened.
