Crossover? WWE Superstars At AEW Dynamite For Mercedes Mone Debut

They’re friends. There is a certain unspoken rivalry between WWE and AEW. The latter has become the biggest competition to WWE in over twenty years and a lot of that has been due to their roster. It makes a big difference when someone from WWE appears in AEW and that was the case again this week. This time was such an important moment that some current WWE Superstars were there to see it.

This week’s AEW Dynamite featured the debut of Mercedes Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks in WWE. According to PWInsider.com, current WWE Superstars Bayley and Naomi were both in attendance for the show, though neither were shown or referenced in any way. Along with Mone, Bayley is a member of the Four Horsewomen, while Naomi was Mone’s partner during the latter’s most recent WWE run.

They were good together. Check out the three of them in WWE:

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that you do not get to see very often and it is very cool for it to happen again. At the end of the day, both Naomi and Bayley seem to be close to Mone and it is nice to see the two of them showing up to see their friend’s big moment. This is something that happens every once in awhile and it still makes for a rather cool moment.
