Conflicting Reports About Major WWE Return At Royal Rumble

Maybe not? We are just a few days away from the Royal Rumble and that means we are going to be seeing some names come together for the show’s two namesake matches. There are several names already set for the matches but there are several slots still available. Now though, we are seeing some conflicting reports about whether a big name might be appearing.

According to PWInsider Elite by way of 411mania.com, Becky Lynch is expected to be at this weekend’s Royal Rumble, possibly as a surprise entrant in the Women’s Royal Rumble match. However, according to Fightful Select, WWE may not be planning to have her apear at the show, though they are still working on creative plans for Lynch’s return. Lynch has been away from WWE since the summer when her contract expired, though she has been used in advertisements for Monday Night Raw on Netflix.

Opinion: This is where things get interesting, as we are less than two days away from the Royal Rumble and that means it is time to see what kinds of returns we are going to be seeing. WWE has quite the selection of options for possible returns, as there is quite the selection of talent available. Lynch might be one of them and would certainly be a big one, but we might be waiting even longer.
