That doesn’t sound so bad. There are all kinds of injuries a wrestler can deal with and once one takes place, the question instantly becomes how bad things are. An injury can keep someone on the shelf for the short term or a lot longer and that can create some issues. Now we know something else about an injury to a top WWE star and things could be a bit better than they seemed.

This week on Monday Night Raw, an announcement was made that Drew McIntyre was medically disqualified from his upcoming Tag Team Title match with Sheamus against the Usos this week on SmackDown. According to Fightful Select, McIntyre’s injury is said to be minor and he is expected to return to the ring soon. There is still no word on what is wrong with him. McIntyre will be replaced by Butch in the title match.

McIntyre is pretty good when he is healthy. Check out what he can do when he is in the ring:

Opinion: That is great to hear as you never want anyone to be on the shelf for an extended period of time. McIntyre is one of the most prominent stars in WWE today and it would be terrible for him to be out of action for a good while. Hopefully he can be back in the ring sooner than later, as he has a lot of value to WWE, both in the ring and on the microphone at any given time.

What do you think of McIntyre? What should he do when he returns? Let us know in the comments below.
