It isn’t going well. I think it is safe to say that WWE is not in the best place at the moment. The company is still the biggest and most successful in the world, but at the same time, things could be a lot better than they are now. Television has been the biggest problem of them all at the moment as the fans have not been very interested. You can point to a lot of reasons for that, but what is causing all of this trouble? It might be something underneath the hood.

One of the biggest problems with WWE seems to be that they cannot figure out what they are going to have taking place on the show until the last minute. While the shows still do take place, it seems to have very little of what was originally planned for the night. That can lead to a host of problems, and one of those problems may have led to something even bigger this week.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE was forced to change their taping schedule for next week’s Monday Night Raw and SmackDown due to “organizational problems”. The original plan called for two Monday Night Raws and two SmackDowns to be taped this week but only one each wound up being taped. As a result, the August 17 Monday Night Raw and August 14 SmackDown will be taped on August 13, meaning that the taping schedule has been extended a day. This comes after this week’s Monday Night Raw taping was said to contain several additional script changes and rewrites.

This week’s show was a bit insane. Check out how things went down:

Opinion: WWE has been all over the place as of late and things do not seem to be getting any better. I’m not sure what is causing all of the chaos, but it is clear that something needs to be changed. It is like there is no structure to the way the shows are put together, even though they do this every single week. You would think they would have it down to a science by now, but it is getting worse rather than better. They need to fix something, but that has been the case for a long time now and nothing has changed.

What do you think of WWE’s recent television? What would fix their problems? Let us know in the comments below.
