They have a plan. We are about two months away from WrestleMania 40 and that means the show is already starting to come together. Last week on SmackDown, Cody Rhodes announced that he would not be facing Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania. Instead, it was implied that the Rock would be taking the spot instead, which has resulted in an extremely negative backlash from the audience.
